Generating Report with ResScan

I am using ResScan version 5.9.0.9629 and having difficulty in setting the time range for generating report. I choose 30 Day Compliance, but the report was from the date that my wife start using the machine nearly twelve months ago, and not the last 30 days?
I also went into Review data/Statistics to set the viewing range and then try to print the report for last 30 days. But the report default to the date 
12 months ago?

ResScan's "30 Day Compliance" report will always select the first 30 days since using the machine. It's not something you can change since the keyword is built into ResScan.

You will need the Statistical Data report.

Here is how to use it:
After opening your patient account go to the Report section (upper right in the toolbar).  Select the date range on the left by selecting the beginning date and dragging the mouse pointer down to the ending date.  Go to Select Report located under the Resmed banner and the toolbar.  Select the Statistical Data report.  It should be the last option in the list.

I followed the note written by Crimson Nape and I can print out the report to show to the sleep doctor now!
This forum really a great help for newcomer like me!

Hi AlanE!
Any idea how to set the ResScan to download information for Detailed Graphs from the flash drive for over 30 days old!
Also, how do you delete incorrect entry in the patient Profile?
