Good cervical collar for large (20 inch) necks

Just wondered if any fellow large necks out there have any tips on any good chin tuck preventing cervical collar sized up to 20-21 inches ?

There are some on Amazon that fit up to a 21.5” neck. Do a search for “soft cervical collar XL”.

You can actually extend a collars size using a piece of Velcro. Something to consider as well.

Aha, piece of velcro extension, that sounds smart. I´m not yet one the CPAP train, it take time getting the appointment from where i am, unfortunately, but trying to piece together the "equipment stack" needed/to try out, besides mask and machine. That i have a major chin tuck issue and will have the jaw drop issue, im certain off, but when time comes for machine and mask, i can see is where the real adventure starts, with all the tweaking, settings etc. i guess. Thanks for the tip!
