Good long sleep last night
Had a big ole sleep last night. 9.25 hrs on the mask. my flow rate waves looked a lot less ragged. I also decided to try sleeping on my left side. My wife is to my left so I stay on my right so she doesn't hear any mask noise.
But I should try to mix it up a little to not get petrified from not moving at all. I also suspect that at least a few of my OA's & CA's were from rolling over and holding my breath while moving and de-tangling the hose from my neck.
Used the P10 mask and my Buff's (comfy and very breathable) as a chin strap and some lanolin on the pillows and my nostrils. And my nasal congestion stayed away.
