AHI starts rising after many years of control

AHI starts rising after many years of control
I have had controlled apnea for many years - AHI 5/6.  A month or two ago, my AHI started to creep up and now it is 10-15 each night.

Changes that happened around the same time:  1) Lost 40lb in the 6 months Nov-May.  2)  Started wellbutrin in May.   Not known to interact w apnea.

Anyone dealt with a sudden increase in AHI out of nowhere like this?  Or associated with either of the changes above?

[
I brought the sd card into drs office and they spent 45 minutes looking at the data, didn't see anything obvious (no significant increase in central apneas), suggested experimenting with raising the max pressure for a couple of weeks.

I do see large amounts of "BND" - breathing not detected - time in OSCAR.  Total 1-2 hours each night.  Clearly I am breathing!   This time has also gone up over the last couple of months.   This doesn't show up on the encore software used at the dr office.

Machine: Philips DreamStation Go, nasal mask, I will try a full-face.
