RE: Guide me to a better CPAP life
Excellent.
I sleep on my back, so I have similar issues.
I can sleep on my right side.
However, I broke my left shoulder several years ago, and I'm still not comfortable sleeping on that side. It's fully healed; it's a mind thing.
My late sister gave us beautiful full down pillows some years ago...I should look for a thinner down pillow.
About 2 years ago I met my new sleep doc. He was the first sleep doc I've had that talked about sleep quality and deep sleep when he gave me a prescription.
I believe there should be more emphasis on sleep quality with OSA treatment.
If I have to wear all this *stuff* it better work.
