F&P Eson Nasal unable to assemble
Hi,
I purchased an F&P ESON Nasal mask as a spare/backup and now my Mirage FX is faulty and until I can get a replacement mask,, I have to use the spare.
PROBLEM.
The little elbow bit is not inside the Frame bit, and no matter what I have tried I cant insert it.
How are you sposed to insert the elbow bit into the frame ????
Really fast help would be appreciated as it's the weekend and it still take 2-3 days to get stuff posted
Thanks
Fred

RE: F&P Eson Nasal unable to assemble
I can't check mine until I get home tonight, but I don't think the elbow should be out in the first place.. it should have been inserted at the factory.
You may have a faulty one.

Yeah, I saw that but it referrers to not removing the elbow bit. Mine is already removed and the place I brought it from has gone bust.
thanks ppl for your help
RE: F&P Eson Nasal unable to assemble
I have had a look at mine and can see no way to remove and refit it, and I'm not going to forcefully pull it out in case I break something.
My guess is that it is assembled at the factory with the plastic warm enough to be slightly pliable so the elbow ball fits easily in to the socket part of the frame.
You could perhaps contact F&P to see if they will swap the mask frame directly, scan the copy of your receipt as proof of purchase date and email it as an attachment to your request for assistance in rectifying the problem. [ don't send them the actual receipt ]
Or maybe another local supplier will assist with getting it sorted, if they do then I'm sure you would become a customer with them for your future CPAP purchases.
[ I'm always happy to go back to/recommend any place that looks after me well with anything, especially if they were "fixing someone else's stuff up" ]
