HELP CPAP NON RESTORITIVE
Hello All,
This is my first post. Ive been using CPAP 98% of time for 5 years, AHI normally under 2, but sleep has NEVER been restorative, NEVER! I do have a lot of questions, but before getting into my complex health and CPAP details, I am sharing my OSCAR (great software!), screen shot from last night.
The results shown are typical. I'm using a dream station ACPAP, with chin strap and nasal pillows. The results show I'm still having apneas, hypopenas and even more unusual, I'm snoring with a chinstrap and CPAP.
Has anyone had these type of results with chin strap and CPAP usage, as well as non restorative sleep? And is it normal to still have events and snore when using ACPAP and chin strap? Also, there are no large leaks. I will most likely have additional questions as the thread develops. Everything Ive read said CPAP is a God send to many, unfortunately that is not my case
Thanks for any feedback!
