RE: HYPOPNEA [and EPR]
You have a history of CA. Raising pressure tends to increase CA with CPAP machines.
You can bump up a little but with the expectation you may need to reduce it back to here. No more than .4 cmH2O at a time with several days between changes. Keep an eye on your CA events.
RE: HYPOPNEA [and EPR]
On charts, I'd like to see the flow limit chart in place of minute vent.
Nice progress Jerry!
RE: HYPOPNEA [and EPR]
That FL is the pressure driver for the Autoset and the reason you stay pegged near whatever maximum pressure you set. I think it is going to be there at any tolerable pressure, and this is the source of the hypopnea. I think you can go up in pressure in small increments, and it's nice not to see any significant apnea here, but keep in mind that whatever you set maximum pressure at will essentially become a fixed pressure due to this FL.

RE: HYPOPNEA [and EPR]
Ok I will raise a little, what do you guys think of a straight number like 11 or 12?
RE: HYPOPNEA [and EPR]
Raised my EPR from 1 to 2 with my pressure at 11.4-14.4. and had one my best nights in 4 months. Can anybody explain why raising EPR would give me a good night?
AHI was 3 with 1.5 centrals and no obstructions.
RE: epr
Just one of those nights. Track it for a week.
