Happy Anniversary...well...almost.
I could have waited a few more days but on Jan 3rd it will be my one year anniversary of ever using a pap machine, ResMed AirCurve 10 VAuto. My OSCAR data is:
AHI average 2.43
Average leak rate 3.20
Average SP02 96.45...but I've only checked it maybe a half dozen times or so. It's always been good so I didn't see a need to check it constantly. I haven't had any drops below 90% where as in the sleep study I had some drops down to 77%.
I'm sure the AHI could be lower if I changed some habits...a lot of them appear to be positional clusters and "sleep/wake junk" so the number of "actual" events is probably lower.
Anyway, I just wanted to say "Thank you" to all of you that helped me and put up with me when I first came here and share my anniversary with you.
