None at all to me, and not having to deal with the jet blast of air coming out of the vents is a definite plus for the new mask.
I hope my reaction is the same as yours. I know the jet blast of air from the vents of the Swift FX for Her does bother me even though I try to ignore it.
It appears to me that the short hose is in a 'fixed' downward position, but I haven't used the mask yet. I can answer your question for sure tomorrow.
RE: Has Anyone seen or tried ResMed's New Pillow Masi
After wearing the new Resmed Air Fit P10 mask for just one night, it is really quiet and very comfortable. I'm not sure I have tried the right size pillow although my AHI was quite low at 0.2 - which is low for me. The fixed position of the short hose was not an issue as I just did not seem to notice it. I like the fact that it has the side vents - makes a big difference in avoiding the blast of cold air.

I also purchased from
Supplier #1 and have used it just one night. Absolutely love that the air flow on the exhaust is negligible, I guess someone at RESMED got the message that the blast from the swift fx was annoying. I generally slept well with the masks although my AHI was up. I will try different size nasal pillows tonight. Very comfortable, easy on and off, minimal adjusting needed. Will give it 30 days and see.
