What model is your machine? Do you know how to enter the clinician menu?

I have a philips respironics Auto SV. Even with the clinical settings I still can't change the PS settings. I am kind of freaking out b/c the PS is key to treating UARS and if it says that its zero I am kind of screwed.

I'm guessing the machine is in some mode that won't allow PS changes. I would check the clinician's manual for information on the different modes of operation.

What exact model do you have? Dreamstation (900X110), 960P, or 950P?

I vaguely remember that it's not especially intuitive about which number you have to change first to make sure PSmax > PSmin and EPAPmin+PSmax < MaxPressure. Have you made sure you've increased the necessary maximum before trying to change the PS? For example, can you set PSmax to 10 first and then raise PSmin above 0?
