Haven't been able to fall asleep wearing biPAP

Haven't been able to fall asleep wearing biPAP
Been using bipap for about 3 years or so. It took a long time before I could get restful sleep with it. However, lately, after I stopped wearing it for about a week after I got sick, I haven't been able to fall asleep while wearing the bipap. I'm not sure what to do, I've tried lowering my pressure, using ramp, different temperatures, but just can't fall asleep wearing it, even when I'm super tired. 
Anybody got any advice?
