RE: High CSR?
We have had UK members that were prescribed "Adaptive Servo Ventilation" in response to problems like yours. The NHS is often slow to to respond, but they do have the Resmed Aircurve 10 ASV or Aircurve CS Pacewave which is the same machine with a different name. The delay is such that some members have purchased lightly used ASV machines from Supplier #2 who currently sells a refurbished Aircurve 10 ASV for $1699 USD, or the DotMed website where even lower prices are possible. I'm not sure I have linked this resource previously, but read the Resmed Sleep Lab Titration Guide starting at page 28 to get a better understanding of what an ASV is and how it works to resolve central apnea, CSR and obstructive apnea, all with one machine. https://document.resmed.com/en-us/docume...er_eng.pdf
