RE: have health?
How long is a bit of string?
It fully depends on how it is affecting you. If it is affecting your lungs it might well affect you, but as I am not a doctor and do not know how badly you are affected it is difficult to say just what affect it will have on you and your treatment. Sorry I can't be any more helpful, but it is hard to say how it will affect you. If you can open this page where you are it might tell you a bit more without a load of nnsense going with it. https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/sarcoidosis/
I am NOT a doctor. I try to help, but do not take what I say as medical advice.

RE: have health?
That is probably best answered by your physician. I would think you need a team of doctors.
One, preferably a sleep specialist to monitor your Apnea and a pulmonologist to monitor your lung condition. If you google sarcoidosis and sleep apnea, you will find a lot of information on the relationship between the two.

RE: have health?
I don't think it would affect the sleep apnea treatment as long as your able to breath without discomfort.

RE: have health?
Thanks for the link it gives me good info. Systems I have are shortness of breath and the persistent dry cough that comes and goes. I am also tried all the time. Just found out I have this disease a couple days ago so still hunting a doctor to treat me.
