I have been told that i have sarcoidosis in the lungs and lymph nodes system.  Can this affect cpap treatment?

How long is a bit of string?
It fully depends on how it is affecting you.
If it is affecting your lungs it might well affect you, but as I am not a doctor and do not know how badly you are affected it is difficult to say just what affect it will have on you and your treatment.

That is probably best answered by your physician.  I would think you need a team of doctors.  
One, preferably a sleep specialist to monitor your Apnea and a pulmonologist to monitor your lung condition.  

If you google sarcoidosis and sleep apnea, you will find a lot of information on the relationship between the two.

I don't think it would affect the sleep apnea treatment as long as your able to breath without discomfort.

Thanks for the link it gives me good info.  Systems I have are shortness of breath and the persistent dry cough that comes and goes.  I am also tried all the time.  Just found out I have this disease a couple days ago so still hunting a doctor to treat me.
