myair stopped working
i received the machine on april 14th and myair stopped showing data starting july 3rd, so it shows about 80 days of data. Myair just shows an error "myair hasn't received data from your machine for some time"
after not using it for a month and probably a recent app update i had to pair the machine again, no issues and the serial number corresponds.
i've tried all the obvious stuff:
- it is connected to 4g with full bars.
- power cycled several times, again this morning
- airplane mode is off
- reinstalled myair
- clicked on update machine which is just pair again.
the only unusual thing i notice is that in equipment, under my machine last synced is just "-" no date. and i never received an ota update it's using a 2y old fimware (4600.08.03).
the hospital that loans me the machine isn't paying for the cloud stuff (no airview) could that really be related?
any ideas? obviously i don't really care about myair but i'd like to understand the problem.
