Help Adjusting Settings based on Oscar data

Help Adjusting Settings based on Oscar data
Started CPAP treatment back in December, feels like I have either very good nights or very bad nights and not sure what the cause might be. Hoping others can look at the data and help me to try adjustments to improve sleep and consistency.

Raise your min to 7
It’ll be sure your EPR is set to
FULL TIME

Saw in the settings that it shows EPR at 3 and fulltime already. Does that mean I don't need to adjust or should I still adjust it?

If it's already set at 3 that's good.  Just leave it alone.  By raising your minimum pressure to 7, EPR 3 will now be able to work.  It could not work correctly with the 5 pressure.

To follow up, look at the green jagged line on your flow rate chart and notice you only see it part of the time. That's because your min pressure is too low. Optimally you'll want EPR to work full time so that is why others have recommended raising your minimum pressure.

Adjusted the minimum pressure up to 7 last night and had one of the best nights of sleep I have had in a long time. Cannot thank you all enough!
