Help analyze OSCAR data - BIPAP

Help analyze OSCAR data - BIPAP
Hello, I have been suffering from debilitating daytime sleepiness and fatigue, depression, night time urination and morning headaches for atleast a year.
I did a watchpat test that showed 4.7 AHI and 19.2 RDI, so suspected UARS.

I bought a Lowenstein Prisma25ST BIPAP, and have been using EPAP 4 and IPAP 8 or EPAP 4 and IPAP 7.5 settings, and have seen almost no or little improvement in my symptoms.
Please help analyze provided data as to be honest I have no idea what is going on, I am looking at the flow rate graph and it's constantly disfigured and most of the time OSCAR doesn't pick up on it.

RE: Help analyze OSCAR data - BIPAP
Yes, you are unlikely to get relief for tiredness at those settings, unless you’re a child. Personally, I’d be suffocating. However, I’m not technically adept with those, but I’m sure someone else will be.

In the meantime, please fill out your avatar exactly (including the exact name of the unit from the front of the machine). Then, follow the exact instrux for an Oscar, posting a whole night’s sleep (i.e. not a selection) and standard layout.

My mantra for noobs: first macros, then micros. So, yep, focus on large scale first, then smaller. Improvements in settings, mask, and body position are the first task: they can all interact with each other. You will develop skills in these areas and learn to finesse them. Apply terms like UARS later, if the situation warrants and they’re helpful.

So, yep, if you could re-do the Oscars and the avatar. This is how you get meaningful responses.
