Help interpreting Oscar data to get optimal treatment/lower AHI
Hi, I finally figured out how to record my sleep and would love some help from the community to lower my AHI.
I use a ResMed AirSense 11 AutoSet with a medium AirTouch F20. I like this mask, I used to have a AirFit F30i but it pushed my nose and was not comfortable. I also tried the AirFit F20, which was better, but it had a lot of leaks. I feel like this AirTouch F20 is great and has no leaks, but the data might prove me wrong
Also dealing with a deviated septum that I can't afford surgery for. My AHI before the CPAP was only 7, but my symptoms were rough. I feel much better with the CPAP, but after 6 months, I feel like there's still some progress to be made, because I'm not feeling 100% refreshed after sleeping.
Note this was not a "regular" night for me, I usually sleep earlier, but starting with this example.
First time asking the community for help so thanks in advance. I'm still not sure how to change my pressure if that's what y'all will suggest.

RE: Help interpreting Oscar data to get optimal treatment/lower AHI
It would help to raise your starting pressure to 7.6 because that's what your median pressure is, and it's a good place to start. To change your pressure or any other settings you need to enter the clinical menu. To do this press the round button. It will show two different sections. While they are lit press the round button and the rectangular button together and hold till the clinical menu shows up. The large print will say settings. Turn down to that and you will find a long list of items that you can change. Turn the knob until you get to the setting you want, then click on it. It will show you the present setting, and you turn the knob until you get to 7.6, then press the button and it will change to 7.6.
Also, it would help if you fix your Oscar chart so that we can read to the bottom of the leak rate chart.
Again, welcome, and good luck with improving your therapy and comfort.
