Try rebooting.... unplug from power source, wait a few minutes and plug back in.
If your machine is under warranty, return it for repair.

WELCOME! to the forum.! Hopefully, you will be able to get your machine working. Which Resmed do you have? It should have the name by the on/off button. Hang in there for more responses to your post, good luck to you.
