With the prescribed settings your dad’s oxygen saturation is generally above 90% and better. It would have been interesting to compare oximeter data when you tried Vauto mode with PS 4. I don’t think you should give up on more comfortable settings, we mostly needed to verify that using those did not result in consequences we could not know without the oximeter.
