Help needed with Graphics Registry Change

Hi,
Another new user with old pc having issue with Oscar crashing when clicking profile. I have read the fix but I do not completely follow.
When I click the FixGrahics link there is no available download just what appears to be a registry key all typed out. If you have detailed instruction for correcting graphics issue please direct me. Also, what file is it that I am supposed to change. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to save that as a file, then double click on the file on your computer to make the edit to the registry.
