Help request in analysis (focus on variable breating)
Dear Sleep mentors ,
I am using APAP since March 2021. I have made continuous progress in case of many events (AHI, PB, RERA) with weight loss (-35kg / -77lb). (I am working hard to reduce it further.)
The variable breathing is not change signigficantly. Honestly, I and my doctor don't really know what it is.
(I found a description is this forum but I don't understand it clearly due to my language knowledge. Is it a problem or isn't?)
Can I improve it? Should I have do anything?
Could you help me in the analysis of my charts, please? (Oscar is new for me.)
Many thanks for you support.

I'm not sure what variable breathing is. Maybe if you posted a 5 minute long subsection of the night, where this type of breathing occurs. How are you feeling?

I am tired after waking up but I don't have problem with it during the day.
I have chest pain, which can caused by my GERD or anxiety. Maybe the earlier Covid infection or some movement problem... My somnologist and cardiologist did not detected issue.

Variability in respiration rate can be due to several different causes, including REM sleep, an arousal from sleep, intermittent flow limitation, or a little period breathing. I'm not sure it's a variable that points to any specific problem or any action needed on your part.

(I will check these. Perhaps it's identifiable.)
