Help with EDS
OK I need some info from other Hose Heads about my EDS. I have used my apap for 3 months, on at 11PM off at 6:30AM ready for a nap at 8 AM. 3 cups of coffee, cold cereal, toast and jam, at 7:30AM am, sit down to lace up my boots and all most fall asleep. Feel like crap most of the day.

I've split this thread here so others can see it.
Welcome to the forum northdog. Have you talked with your doctor about this? Are your leaks under control and is your AHI under 5?

RE: Help with EDS
Ok, stupid question. On at 11pm and off at 6:30am means that you are getting a maximum of 7.5 hours of sleep each night. Is that really enough for you? Perhaps you are simply not sleeping long enough.
