High night stands for climb beds
We are a bit low on space. I would like get a climb up bed, but I'm not sure how to get a sleep apnea machine up there. I'd have to find some very high night table with ledges, I'm guessing.

Or build a ledge on the wall or hang a platform from the ceiling.

how about a piece of wood sticking out from under the matress as a ledge to sit your APaP on

I think Walla Walla has the right idea. I didn't think of it because I dread every time I have to hang something heavy from a wall and potentially deal with plaster walls, but it's time this carpentry noob faces his fears.
