RE: (How) Do You Monitor Your Apnea?
I used to use ResScan & SleepyHead, but now that I'm using an Auto-CPAP, I'm pretty much "dialed in" to where my AHI is averaging about 1.5 or so, which is about as good as I've ever been able to get it even when tinkering with clinical settings while looking at the data via a software package.
Wish I had time to look more deeply into my data. You would think that as the admin, I'd be all about the data.... but alas, I'm not these days, as long as my AHI remains around that 1.5 level. (ie- good enough fer government work).
So, these days, I'm just looking at the AHI on the machine itself, about once a week to see the averages/highs/lows/whatever. Will only use SleepyHead these days if something goes awry with AHI and I need to troubleshoot something.
