Hi Dan,
If you're speaking of the loaner machine (ResMed S9 Autoset), you can adjust the machine's clock in the Clinician menu. If you're speaking of the machine in your profile (PR REMstar Plus System One...), I don't have that machine, but I believe I have seen others mention that there is no means to set the clock on any of the PR machines.

The time is not a big deal at the moment, because it is just a loaner machine. I have set the proper time in "Sleepyhead" but the 3 hour differential is still there. I'll mess with the machine controls later today.
I hate asking all these questions, but is there a website that I can go to, to try and learn how to figure out how to read all the graphs in Sleepyhead? It seems so far that the important reading is the "AHI" number (mine today was 2.61)

Awesome !! I got the time reading properly, and will now try to educate myself about the vast information that this machine records. It sure helps having this community here for us Newbies.
