How do you restore the journal?
Hi,
Oscar has a nice backup folder and I can see that it stores all the original data from the SD card. I would expect you could import this to a new profile by adding data to the backup folder and do a Data -> Rebuild CPAP data. Maybe even do a SD card import and just point it at this folder.
But what about the journal?
I see "File -> Backup Journal" which will create a xml file.
But the backup is just a plain XML file. If you look at the profile structure the journal folder has an ID attached. But it is only created when you add the first entry. So maybe I just dump the XML file on top of that?
When I have a "Backup Journal" I would also expect to have a way to restore it.
Why don't I simply backup the full profile? As i have found that data corruption can occur in the profile it would be nice to be able to rebuild from source data. It seems like the functionality is almost there.
I have looked around but was not able to find any info on this.
Kind Regards
clan
