RE: How does OSCAR tell clear-airway apnea apart from obstructive apnea?
All of the answers were about how your CPAP machine distinguishes central from obstructive apnea. Your CPAP machine reports the apneas on the SD data card. OSCAR just reports what the CPAP machine said; it does not itself figure out what kind of apnea it is. It just reports what the CPAP machine said.
