How to read the Snore Graph
Hi All, new to the Forum. Only been on for a few weeks now and enjoying the information that is being given up.
I started my Therapy at the end of September 2023
One of the main reasons i turned to the Therapy was that my partner couldn't stand being in the same room as me with my snoring.
I also have bad Central Apnea which causes my body to shudder.
We separated just before i started my therapy. Bad timing i know. She bought a townhouse as a future investment and have to stay in it for 12 months before being able to rent.
We recently got back togeather, thou living still apart.
I would like to spend a night with her but not sure how my snoring is going.
I'm interested if someone can have a look at my graph and explain what the intensity is.
I see that last night i have a snore of 0.00 but there is peaks in the graph.
