Resmed Airmini vs Transcend Micro?

Resmed Airmini vs Transcend Micro?
Could I get some advice on which of these is “better” overall? I’m going out of the country Monday and found a store that’s open until 4pm today that will sell me one of them. I went in yesterday wanting to know about the Resmed but they were leaning me towards the Micro which they said is some newer model this year.

Online the reviews are better for the Resmed but maybe it’s because the transcend is newer? I asked why the manager felt the Transcend was better and he said because you can use your own masks and have the humidity filters and it’s quieter since it comes with a muffler in comparison to the Resmed which requires adapters and is loud. Basically sounds easier too on short notice to use it vs needing to buy a lot of extra adapters and not having the humidity discs.

I’m having trouble understanding how loud is loud. For example, if feel like my Resvent iBreeze is pretty loud but I have nothing to compare it to.

I am worried about not having humidity because I have dry mouth from health stuff. However, I’m going to a humid place so traveling maybe wouldn’t be as bad? I’m just trying to figure out if one is better in quality than the other one since they’re the same price at the store.

I could of course take my iBreeze but I run into the distilled water problem. It’s always tough to find, it adds a lot of bulk and weight to lug around etc. I’m going to Brazil where it’s advised not to drink tap water. I’ve been before and been told it’s pretty much okay these days but most everyone doesn’t drink it still. Plus can upset your GI since it’s new chemical additives and low risk bacteria your body isn’t use to from your area. Many houses have filtered water tanks but I’m not sure if his can be used or if the house I’ll be in has one. It would also be hard to find distilled water and I won’t have a car.

Can I hear pros and cons? Which is better? Should I just lug the iBreeze? The travel claps are expensive at $1000 so I don’t want to waste money if it’s not worth it.
