How trustable?

Hi there, I'm from Brazil and I'm a Resmed AirSense 10 user since september/2021. 

Currently the pressure is calibrated at 5 and my AHI (365 days) is 1.33.

My question is: how reliable is this AHI Resmed report? Can I assume that, if my AHI is under 5 in a night, I didn't had any desaturation?

I would trust that info, but it is only part of the story which is why we ask to look at the full night of daily charts.
