OSCAR will upload any information from before noon as the nights before data and everything after noon as that nights data so it depends on when your naps are taken.
All you really need to know is that if OSCAR isn't letting you upload data that it is probably because you have already uploaded data for that day (an earlier nap etc). If that is the case follow bonjour's steps to purge the current day's data and then reupload data.
