Having somewhat abandoned this forum for a few months, I come back to you ...
So I did my nightly polygraphic exam.
Rather dilatory results given by my pulmonologist;
Correct control of apnea, it persists some events sometimes central sometimes obstructive index IAH 9 / h;
Average saturation 93%
1% of the time with a saturation lower than 90%
Satisfactory results new appointments in a year ....

Nevertheless, regularly operating my results on SH, equipped with AirFfit N20 mask size M, I find between 1 to 3 IAH per night, for cons I still sleep very badly several awakenings per night either because of leaks or for itchy nose.
Little recovery or drowsiness in the day.
In addition my technician seems to have abandoned me, more news of him.
I do not know if I have to relaunch him or my respirologist?
