Happy I am that I can report that I was able to sleep without my chinstrap last night. The previous night with the chinstrap my 95 % leaks were 20. Last night they were a mere 85......... .......and I suspect my average was well over 20.

So, back to Mr. Chinstrap for me!

Last night my 95% leak rate was 7.20 l/min and my median was 0. Fairly typical for me with my mask so I guess there are some advantages to some masks other than the P10.

Hi. I use a chinstrap and it's hot. ugh! But I am getting used to it because my mouth and throat stay better hydrated when I use the chinstrap. Otherwise, I am up 4 or 5 times a night drinking water. I have a bad back so that translates into more back pain!
I noticed on my Sleepyhead data that even before I got the chinstrap and my mouth dropped open I didn't loose much pressure cause the apneas were about the same as they are now.
However at least now,I can sleep all night without waking up to drink.
I used to,drink a 16 ounce bottle of,water each night!
