I'm not the certified charts guy, this looks poor but passing, unfortunately far from great in my opinion. Looks busy.

Keep the same settings with PS 4.6. I like the drop in AHI from over 24 to less than 4. We'll get there.

Will do.
The AHI looks hugely improved, but I feel like I never went to bed last night: absolutely stuporous.

Takes a night or two to really feel the effects. Sometimes you feel like the night before last, if you know what I mean by that.

Back off of the PS to previous 4.0 and let's get back to baseline.

RE: I'm baaaack!
Gosh, I feel like I haven't slept for days.
For the last couple of days, my mask hasn't been sticking to my face at the dawn hours. Otherwise it works great. It instantly falls off when I get it re-situated: very weird, never experienced this with another mask. It's, like, one moment the mask fits, and the next it doesn't at all, even with my mouth firmly shut. And then, I have to fiddle like crazy. I've even tried washing my face and wiping down the mask in the middle of the night. I love the feel of a lot of air coming into the mask. Sometimes, I feel like the blast isn't strong enough, and I want MORE. [attachment=62588]

RE: I'm baaaack!
That last few posts have been about your mask and airflow. What mask and size are you using?
