The flow graph shows that the disturbance preceded the apnea. My guess is that you were changing your position in bed and may have knocked your mask askew for a short time, causing the leaks. The apnea itself may be an artifact of the repositioning -- we often hold our breath for a while when moving like that.

Yeah odd breathing at 00:48:25 was an arousal. You weren't asleep when that "apnea" occurred.

See the above. Disturbance caused the leak.

Alright thanks. How do I stop the mask leaking when I'm repositioning in bed?

Thank you so . Why did the disturbance cause the leak? Poster above said mask was probably moved and caused a leak

It's not that important. Your leak was below the large leak threshold, and it is natural to move around in bed. You can make it less likely the tube will drag on the bed and pull on your mask by suspending your tube from a hanger or lanyard. I have mine attached to a lanyard that lets the mask move with me, and avoids dragging in the bed. It is helpful to route the tube up from the CPAP machine above your sleeping position, then let the mask drape down to comfortably move with you. This also ensures any condensation or moisture drains back to the humidifier.

Yeah no need to do anything about the leak or apnea as neither are issues causing problems. The only potential issue was the arousal itself but it isn't clear what caused it (not an obvious obstruction etc).

WarmHoney, I merged your most recent post with your other thread dealing with the same topic. It looks like you have increased pressure from 7.0 to 9.0. Leaks are still very well controlled. This is a much more useful graph, but it will help if you include the information from the Daily Sidebar. Just press F8 or use the view menu to turn it on.
