The Aircurve 10 Vauto is capable of being setup exactly the same as an Autoset, or CPAP, It just has a bit more under the hood you may not need. We're in the same boat and I don't need the extras the Vauto offers, but a great machine that gives you a bit more to work with. Use what works best, and leave the rest alone.
