Software for Respironics 920M plus
I have downloaded software and manuals from your site in the past and they have been tremendous help. But I have gone a step further in my treament and purchased a Respironics 920m plus pulse oximeter. But I need the software to download the sleep data. Does anyone  know if there are any free software downloads available anywhere? Thanks

RE: Software for Respironics 920M plus
At pretty close to $1000 for the device and download cable, I doubt that very many have been purchased for non-professional medical use. Thus the odds of finding open source software are probably low. Especially since software for cheaper devices has already been written for SleepyHead.
I'm guessing you also purchased the download cable for the unit? If not, there appears to be enough information in the User Guide to make one using a USB to TTL serial adapter from Adafruit or Sparkfun. Since you are asking for free software, I'm also guessing that Respironics wants an arm and/or a leg for their software. While the memory download format isn't described, it would probably be fairly easy to sort out - given time and the device. Unless you can find a motivated programmer, that time won't be cheap.
I'm sorry if this disappoints you. It's probably cheaper and faster to buy the Respironics software, if you can.

I bought the equipment before I looked into the software. Just one oximeter, sensor, and cable would be close to $1000 plus software, I got 3 new oximeters, 2 new sensors, 1 new cable and 4 new cases for $250 dollars. I originally was going to keep a a set, but the software, if I can purchase it, is $350-500 . So i'm going to sell off as sets.
