Looking better all the time. However it's a bit small on my screen - hard to read the actual numbers. If you drop the [img] [/img] tags and just have the address of the image file we can click on that and see a higher resolution version.

You can turn off the pie chart by going to File | Preferences | Appearance . I'd leave the event flags on - if / when you do get events it's good to see how they are spaced through the night and how they relate to pressure, leaks etc. Chart looks great. We can see how pressure responds directly to the flow limitations, and now all of your settings and respiratory statistics are visible. I will stick with my previous recommendation to increase minimum and maximum pressure slightly. Plese reduce that 40 minute ramp time to Auto or off. Your therapy looks great.

I bumped last night to no ramp, and 7-11 pressure as suggested. I put in the SD card and updated SD with my daily info, but it's only showing 30 min of treatment last night. Not sure why it's doing that. I even woke up before noon today. I changed the time zone settings in SH to eastern so I get 3 hours of wiggle room. Do I need to change the CPAP's time zone in clinician's menu as well to match?

FWIW, I have not changed my CPAP time. Your choice whether you do or don't.

I have an update! https://imgur.com/w1SIPl3 And here's another one: https://imgur.com/xb9q9e5 I eliminated ramp, and changed pressure to 7-11 like you said. EPR is set to 3. Anything else I should be tweaking?

Looks perfect! The machine is responding to the flow limitations and quickly rising to about 9.0 cm. I could see a range of 8.0 to 12.0 pressure with EPR 3, but you have better therapy results than I do, so it's entirely a matter of what is comfortable for you.

Of course the real question is, what do you think? You have to be comfortable with the therapy. In this case you have a stable pressure that is able to treat all events and has room to move either up or down.
