Airsense10 AHI result
I have started to used my airsense 10 for almost a month.  Attached is my latest monitor result from last night with AHI 1.85.  The question I have is my AHI value is lower than 5 at 1.85 but my large leak is 21.54%.  Is this mean my AHI is no longer accurate?

Large leaks can cause problems with your treatment and the AHI in OSCAR charts.  You need to get control of your leaks.   Who determined your original pressure setting at 14cm?

I adjusted the pressure until I can sleep these days.  Is 14 too high in your opinion?   It's weird that I sleep so well with current setting plus high leak.

You need to get the leaks under control to really make a good assessment of you treatment.  It is possible that you would be fine with lower pressure.  So get the leaks under control and either I or someone else should be able to help you.  Have you tried taping your mouth closed or using a full face mask?

If you set them up differently, your charts would be much easier to read and interpret.  On the first page, we need to see the following items, and only those, in the order listed:

Event Flags
Flow Rate
Pressure
Leak Rate
Flow Limits

We need to be able to read to the very bottom of the Flow Limits.

It would also help if you eliminated the calendar and pie chart. That way we can see important information below.
