It has synced with MyAir, but that doesn't really give you much detail. Is it safe to say that the info from those first few days are lost? Is there any way to access more detailed data online?

Just realized there is no SD card in new machine.. what to do?
Is the DME suppose to provide you with the SD card? I have the airsense10 autoset for her. I just started using a CPAP, and today, after 4 nights, I went to pull out the card to see how things looked in sleepyhead. Welp, there was no card to be found.

Some of the newer A10's are being supplied without an SD card. Any SD card, 2Gb or larger, may be used. They can be purchased at any big box, drugstore, or online. You don't need one from the manufacturer.
Your detail data is basically gone. The only online data that you can access is, for lack of a better description, "Feel Good" data. It is meant to encourage you to continue therapy and not provide any detailed clinical information.

Unfortunately, ResMed has started to send out new machines without a SD card.
Ask your DME for one. Depending on how “nice” they are, they may give you one. If not, you can purchase one almost anywhere. Usually 2gb is sufficient. I believe you will just have summary data for the days the machine has been without a card.

Uhg, well that's annoying. How is my Dr. suppose to identify what's going on when I go in for my follow up if I don't have the card?

RE: Just realized there is no SD card in new machine.. what to do?
Your doctor should be able to get more detailed data from the Resmed portal thay you as the patient can.
Normally Dr's are only interested in trends 1. Time on Machine 2. Average AHI 3. How do you feel. Often they don't look at Apnea type or the detailed flow graphs

RE: Just realized there is no SD card in new machine.. what to do?
I happen to think that ResMed should be bombarded with phone calls/emails to complain about missing SD cards in addition to contacts asserting that these cards are vital to the patient community.
My concern is the next-gen models may not have user accessible data. Bill

This is a really good point! Maybe I will draft an email and make a call! I'd hate to lose access in the future, or deal with switching brands.

I can't figure out how to edit my post but another question: does it matter if I use their SD car, or can I go buy any old SD card from bestbuy or wherever? I've read it doesn't matter, but paranoid that I'll mess with the warranty.

You can buy ANY brand. Resmed doesn't manufacture SD cards. They buy in bulk from the lowest bidder who will stick Resmed's name on the card. . . and charge you 10x the normal price.

No warranty issues using any SD card just go and get the cheapest you can’t find
