Does anyone use a 02 Ring?

Does anyone use a 02 Ring?
Just curious if anyone uses a 02 ring when they sleep?I'm currently using an oral appliance and the data from my 02 ring is good somedays with 3-7 apneas of 3 or 4% drops in a night total.Other times it's 20-30 drops of 3-4% per night.Does anyone use a CPAP and have similar data/experience or is it better?

Thanks for any info =]

RE: Does anyone use a 02 Ring?
I've used an O2Ring since late 2019 before I had a sleep study and began using CPAP. The O2Ring was actually what prompted me to get a sleep study as my O2 saturation numbers were so bad. I still use the O2Ring and check the numbers I get from a previous nights sleep in the morning along with the AHI from the Respironics DreamMapper software (DreamStation 2 CPAP machine). If either of the numbers look a little wonky, I'll pull the SD Card from the DreamStation and load the data into OSCAR for a more detailed look. The O2Ring data can be also loaded into OSCAR which will also display on the graphs.
The number I pay most attention to from the O2Ring is the 'O2 Score' and not so much the drops. The 'drops' are the drops of the O2 (oxygen) levels in the blood. I'm not sure if the O2Sat drops can be correlated to apneas.
Below is from last night and the DreamMapper software reported an AHI of 0.6 and has been fairly typical of most nights.

How do you import your O2Ring data into Oscar?

I am looking for sleep stage and O2 devices that I can graph in Oscar, but the only « officially » supported devices on the Oscar wiki (Dreem and Zeo) seem obsolete and difficult to find…

Honestly those numbers make me jealous.  Too-funny

I've used the Wellvue ring for a few months, mainly when I try a new option or adjustment.  Below is an example of what I call a "yikes" night, not doing very well at trying and failing miserably at nasal pillows. Below that is an example of a "better" night using the full face Dreamwear mask.

The app is nice for getting on the go information, but sometimes I have to use the PC software (O2 Insight Pro) and use the cloud backup function which allows me to fetch data from my account without having to fumble with the decidedly klunky USB mini-D cable. Sadly my Bipap machine is not supported by Oscar, a Luna G3 A25, so O2 Insight Pro is really my only other option.

I pay attention to the O2 Score and ODI numbers.
Disclaimer: I am not an expert in any of this by any means, just some random idiot on the internet.  Bag-head
