My Sleep will get better
RE: My Sleep will get better
You might want to set your minimum pressure to 12 cm for a smother pressure ride and EPR=3 to reduce flow limits. Also, turn the ramp off.
Your leaks compromise treatment. You should adjust your mask straps—a tighter one is not necessarily better—or select a different mask. The standard response is usually better for males than the soft one you set.

okay i have not made the recommended changes yet, but will tonight i wanted to get the leaks taken care of, and so far the last two nights have been leak free. though the mask is much tighter then it should be, but that is probably due to my full beard. I plan on changing the time in my machine once i have my two week review with the Doc. here is the last two nights charts.

Indeed, the leaks are taken care of. However, the exceptionally high flow limit still needs the suggested alterations.

Keep increasing, your flow limit is unacceptably high.

Your flow limit is unacceptably high. I suggest increasing your minimum pressure further.
Alternatively, you can purchase an AirCureve 10, which allows you to go beyond EPR 3. Its pressure support function helps combat flow limits. |
