Most of the centrals are closer to the end of the sleep period. Is there any significance to that?

Not that I know of. My wife wakes up anywhere between 5 and 7.
When I am about to wake up I may keep laying in bed for about 10 minutes. Maybe the heat is starting to rise in the bedroom as the sun is coming up, I am not too sure though
