Righto... so I have been successful at following the doctors orders to lose some weight. I'm 6f 1, weighed about 196lbs.  Was told to drop to 176.  After a few weeks, I'm at 182 now.

I have tweaked the settings some... reducing the minimum pressure all the way to 7, and since that was where I had originally set the ramp pressure at, I have also turned off ramp.  Max pressure is now set at 8.4

Any thoughts or advice?
