Low AHI, Low Usage, Low Pressure - How to Improve?

Low AHI, Low Usage, Low Pressure - How to Improve?
Hello!
I've been using a Resmed Airsense 10 for over half a year now.
I initially decided to get diagnosed because I would wake up many times every night to pee.
I'm a 25 year old lean male. I was diagnosed using an at-home test with an mild sleep apnea.
REI 6.0, Obstructives Apnease 2.5/hour, Hypopnease 3.5.hour. Total snoring episodes 46. Total duration snoring 11.8 minutes. Mean duration snoring 15.4 seconds.

I think the CPAP has helped. Many nights I'll only get up once.
But I feel like it still isn't as effective as it could be.
I started off with the full range of pressure, then in doctor's follow-up, reduced to 4-8 with EPR 3. I did feel like the pressure would get overwhelming with the original, uncapped pressure.
Usually, I am able to fall asleep with the mask on fine. But I will either consciously or subconsciously take it off during the early part of the night.
I use a nasal pillow mask and have used tried full nasal masks too. I'm not sure what mask is best right now. But one of my nostrils is often blocked for most of the night.

Do you have any suggestions for my situation? Thank you for reading!

Your current documentation is 4-7 and not the above suggested.

To mitigate CAs, I would reduce the EPR to 2.
Set the pressure to 6-8 cm, with RAMP off.

Yes, I reduced max pressure by 1, just as an experiment. Attached a night back when max pressure was 8.
I will try 6-8, no ramp, EPR 2!

My suggestion would be\

Min 7
max 7
EPR Full Time
EPR 3

give it a try and I think it will be better for you.
