Low OA/H. Still high CA. How to lower them?

Low OA/H. Still high CA. How to lower them?
Hi,

I've had sleep apnea for the past 6 years. Over that time, I've been able to reduce my obstructive and hypopnea events significantly. Close to 0.5/hr each. However, my central/ clear airway events are still relatively high.

I currently use a full-face mask and a neck collar. My machine is a resmed 11.

Any thoughts on how I could improve my CAs, as well as lower my obstructive/ hypopnea events close to 0? Thanks in advance for the help.

I've attached sleep logs from the past few nights for reference.

Did your original sleep study contain a lot of CAs?  If not, there's not much you can do about them unless you want to get a much more expensive machine, which I doubt you would qualify for with your low CA AHIs.  As to your other apneas, without being able to see your full chart no one can offer much help.  It would help if you fixed your Oscar display to show your leak rate and flow limits below your flow rate and pressure, plus we need to be able to see to the bottom of the flow limits.  We can't see the bottom of your pressure right now.

In any case, your AHI minus the CAs is quite low.  We don't need to have 0.0 to have great therapy. Smile   If you fix your Oscar report page we may be able to help you a little.
