First ever OSCAR results. What am I looking at?

First ever OSCAR results. What am I looking at?
Had my first ever night with my new machine last night.

Was an interesting experience... had initial worries after the first couple hours of waking up wouldn't be able to adapt and handle it... woke up around 1am and felt like I was being suffocated and ripped the mask off in a panic. Left it off for about 30 minutes until I settled down enough to try again. After that, I was able to successfully sleep pretty much through the rest of the night.

MyAir app reported 71/100 for whatever that's worth. OSCAR chart attached.

A huge THANK YOU in advance for the help!

RE: First ever OSCAR results. What am I looking at?
I suggest you raise your pressure settings to 8 to 15, as your median pressure is over 9 and you need more headroom.

You would also benefit from raising your PS setting to 5, as you have high flow limits.  Flow limits are unreported, short apneas, and need to be kept as low as possible.

You are also having a lot of Positional Apnea.  PA happens when your chin is tucked toward your chest, and it cannot be corrected by a setting.  Some can solve it by sleeping on a flatter pillow, but yours are bad, and you probably need to wear a soft cervical collar.  Amazon sells lots of models and most drugstores offer a few.  Many here like the Caldera Releaf Collars or the Velpeau collars.

You also need to correct your Oscar chart.  The easiest way is to tap the f12 key to copy your chart (f12 & fn key for a Mac.)  It generally includes what we need to see.  You want to end up with the following charts, and only the following, in the order listed:

Event Flags
Flow Rate
Pressure
Leak Rate
Flow Limits

Also, we need to be able to read to the very bottom of the Flow limits.
Machine:  ResMed AirCurve 10 Vauto
Mask:  Bleep DreamPort Sleep Solution

Sorry... Attaching new screenshot. I think I have it configured the way you described. Not sure what you meant about seeing the bottom of the Flow Limits.
