N30 Headgear Strap Broken
Have had a N30 cpap mask for a few months. Tonight, while adjusting the strap, it came apart. The elastic parted at the plastic end that fastens to the clasp. Has anyone else suffered the strap coming apart? Has anyone attempted a repair? Really like the mask, but disappointed that it came apart.

Ask your DME for a warrantee replacement and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and shipping label. It can't hurt.

That's why I keep the headgear when I replace a mask. It's come in handy to have replacement parts.
